No Refunds for Personalized Items
Since your medal display is custom-made with details like your name, event date, or finish time, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for:

Errors in the personalization details you provided (e.g., misspelled names or incorrect times/dates).

Shipping delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues).
Please double-check all details before submitting your order, as we make each piece just for you.
Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right
If we mess up your order, we’ll make it right:

What We’ll Fix: If there’s an error on our end—like a manufacturing defect, wrong personalization due to our mistake, or damage during shipping—we’ll create a new display at no cost to you.

How to Report: Contact us at slowtwitchdesigns@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We’ll review and confirm the error.

Solution: We’ll ship a replacement as soon as possible, typically within 5 business days.
Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items: If your display arrives damaged, email us within 5 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Lost Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive within our estimated delivery timeframe, up to 15 business days, let us know, and we’ll work with the carrier to track it. If it’s truly lost, we’ll send a replacement.
