4. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship personalized endurance gifts within 5 business days after order confirmation or as defined on the product page.

• Shipping times vary based on location. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we don’t accept returns, however we will always do our best to address concerns and make it right.

• If there’s an error on our part (e.g., wrong engraving), contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
