At slowtwitchdesigns.com, we’re committed to getting your products to you safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

  • Custom Orders: Since each item is made to order with your details (e.g., name, event date, finish time), we typically need 5 business days to craft it before shipping.

  • Confirmation: You’ll get an email with your order details once it’s placed. Double-check your personalization info, as we can’t change it after production starts.
     

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Carriers: We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

  • U.S. Shipping:

    • Standard (2-10 business days)

    • Expedited (2-4 business days)

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Costs and delivery times vary—check at checkout. You’re responsible for any customs fees or duties.

  • Free Shipping is only available in the US.

  • Shipping Rates: Exact costs show at checkout based on your address and shipping method.
     

Delivery Times

  • U.S.: 5-10 business days after processing for standard, 2-4 for expedited. Total time from order to delivery is typically 10-17 business days.

  • Note: These are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. We’ll keep you updated if there’s a snag.
     

Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to fix an address. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
     

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package on the carrier’s website.
     

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected time, email us. We’ll work with the carrier to track it. If it’s truly lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • Damaged Items: If your display arrives damaged, email us within 5 days with photos. We’ll ship a replacement free of charge, usually within 5 business days.
